a) It is the responsibility of Sportozen to communicate the refund policies of third-party service providers listed on our site to you. Any refund requests should be directed to the respective third-party service providers, not Sportozen. Sportozen is not liable for any claims related to refunds for services.

b) Refunds for cancellations made through Sportozen with a third-party service provider will be subject to the specific venue or event’s refund policy.

c) Refunds for cancellations are subject to a deduction of 3-4% bank charges as applicable.

d) For events, venues, and services organised directly by Sportozen:

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Fees paid to Sportozen are non-refundable, non-saleable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable.
  • If a Sportozen-organised event or venue is cancelled, you’ll receive a voucher for the full booking amount, redeemable within six months on our site.

e) Refunds for failed online ticket bookings will be processed within 5-7 working days.

f) Sportozen reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.

g) Sportozen is not responsible for unauthorised transactions on our site using your payment card or internet banking. We are not obligated to refund any money in such cases.
